Month one / Weeks 1–4Investigate and launchUnderstand the opportunity, prepare the enquiry journey and launch focused activity.
  1. Week 1

    Investigate the opportunity

Understand your business, priority services, buyers and the questions they ask. Review competitors, existing enquiries and available search and advertising data.

What you’ll haveA campaign brief defining one priority opportunity, the target buyer, offer, message, budget and what makes a qualified lead.

  2. Week 2

    Build the enquiry journey

Prepare the search targeting and adverts. Improve the landing page within the agreed scope, with a clear message, useful evidence and an easy next step. Check forms, calls, tracking and who will respond to enquiries.

What you’ll haveCampaigns and a landing page ready for approval, with measurement checked before launch.

  3. Week 3

    Launch focused Search campaigns

Launch Google Ads and, where the budget supports a useful test, Microsoft Ads. Start with relevant searches and closely matched messages. Check spending, search terms, locations and enquiry tracking.

What you’ll haveThe first evidence of which searches attract relevant visitors and whether the enquiry journey works.

  4. Week 4

Refine the launch and test prospecting

Review initial searches and enquiries together. Improve targeting and messaging. Where suitable, launch a small prospecting test and begin building relevant visitor audiences with appropriate consent.

What you’ll haveYour first monthly review: spending, qualified leads, early obstacles and priorities for month two.

Month two / Weeks 5–8Learn and improveRefine visitor quality and conversion, introduce suitable follow-up and test agreed outreach.
  1. Week 5

    Improve visitor quality

Develop promising search themes and exclude poor matches. Compare channels using enquiry quality and cost, and assess whether prospecting is reaching relevant people.

What you’ll haveA clearer view of which searches and audiences deserve further investment.

  2. Week 6

    Improve conversion and follow-up

Review how people use the landing page and test a meaningful change to the offer, wording, evidence or enquiry process. Introduce remarketing when eligible audiences are large enough.

What you’ll haveA stronger enquiry journey and, where suitable, a follow-up message for interested visitors.

  3. Week 7

    Prepare targeted email outreach

Where appropriate and included in the agreed scope, research a small relevant prospect group. Check data suitability, permitted use and deliverability, prepare a focused message and agree who handles replies.

What you’ll haveAn approved outreach test ready to launch, or a decision that email is unsuitable for this programme.

  4. Week 8

    Assess the campaign mix

Launch any approved outreach and review genuine replies and sales interest. Assess Search, prospecting and remarketing against their different objectives. Adjust spending where the evidence supports it.

What you’ll haveYour second monthly review: lead quality, channel contribution and the strongest direction for month three.

Month three / Weeks 9–12Assess and planConcentrate on stronger opportunities, assess commercial progress and recommend the next step.
  1. Week 9

    Concentrate on stronger opportunities

Put more effort into the combinations producing worthwhile leads. Pause wasteful activity and refine audiences and outreach where useful, rather than expanding for its own sake.

What you’ll haveA more focused campaign mix supported by actual feedback on lead quality.

  2. Week 10

    Address buyer objections

Use sales feedback to improve adverts, landing-page evidence and follow-up messages. Answer recurring questions and introduce relevant testimonials or examples within the agreed scope.

What you’ll haveCloser alignment between what prospects need to know and what the campaign tells them.

  3. Week 11

    Review commercial progress

Trace enquiries into conversations, quotations, opportunities and sales where information is available. Review follow-up gaps, costs and enquiries still progressing through a longer buying cycle.

What you’ll haveA commercial assessment of lead value, acquisition costs and what remains uncertain.

  4. Week 12

    Prepare your next stage

Document productive messages, search themes, audience findings and landing-page lessons. Recommend what to continue, change or stop, and where wider content, SEO or nurture could help.

What you’ll haveA practical recommendation: continue focused campaigns, discuss Continuous Growth, revise the approach or stop.

At the three-month review

A clear recommendation.
The next move is yours.

We review the latest enquiry and sales feedback together, including opportunities still progressing. You’ll know what we recommend, why and what further work would involve.

Let’s discuss your starting point

This is an indicative 12-week delivery plan, followed by a review at the three-month anniversary. Dates, scope and priorities are agreed at onboarding and adjusted around approvals, audience eligibility and what we learn. Advertising spend is additional. The programme does not guarantee a particular number of leads or sales.

Measure what matters

Clicks tell part of the story. Lead quality tells us more.

We need to know what happens after an enquiry arrives. Your feedback helps us distinguish a form submission from a worthwhile business opportunity.

Together, we review what is generating useful conversations and where the journey needs improving.

Qualified enquiries
Are we reaching people who need what you offer?
Sales conversations
Are enquiries turning into relevant discussions and quotations?
Commercial progress
What are we learning about costs, opportunities and resulting sales?

Continuous Growth

You’ve found the opportunity.
Now let’s build on what works.

An ongoing partnership that brings your campaigns, website and marketing together. We use results and buyer feedback to agree where each month’s effort will make the greatest difference.

From £1,000 + VAT per month

Agreed priorities. Purposeful improvements. Regular review.

Discuss Continuous Growth

Advertising spend additional. Scope and commitment agreed before we begin.

  • Develop campaigns that are producing worthwhile enquiries
  • Improve the website and the journey to enquiry
  • Build useful content and relevant search visibility
  • Follow up interest and nurture future opportunities
  • Review progress and agree the next priorities together

One plan. The right activities.

We don’t work on everything. We work on what matters.

Different stages need different activity. We select the channels and improvements around your buyers, the evidence and the budget, then agree the work with you.

Search campaigns

Reach people actively looking for what you offer through Google and, where suitable, Microsoft.

Prospecting and remarketing

Test relevant audiences and reconnect with interested visitors when budgets and audience sizes support it.

Email and nurture

Start relevant conversations and follow up interest with useful messages, within the agreed scope.

Website improvements

Make the journey from first visit to enquiry clearer, more convincing and easier to use.

Useful content

Answer buying questions, explain your value and give prospects more confidence in their next step.

SEO and visibility

Develop relevant content and improve your website around the searches and opportunities that matter.

A practical monthly rhythm

Three questions keep us moving forward.

Clear reporting should lead to useful decisions. We review progress with you and turn the findings into the next set of priorities.

  1. 01 / Review

    What’s working?

Review which campaigns, messages and website journeys are creating worthwhile enquiries and sales conversations.

  2. 02 / Review

    What needs improving?

Identify what is limiting progress, from targeting and buyer objections to the enquiry process and follow-up.

  3. 03 / Review

    What should we do next?

Agree the next priorities, put them into practice and measure what happens.

Clear ways to work together

Start with a test. Continue with a purpose.

Choose the starting point that fits your business. Moving from the programme into ongoing support is a decision we make together.

Common questions

A few things worth knowing.

What is included in the three-month programme?

The £1,500 + VAT programme includes an Opportunity Investigation, a focused campaign plan, campaign preparation, launch, ongoing refinement and a final review. We agree the priority opportunity, advertising budget, landing-page improvement allowance, creative allowance and any outreach before work begins. Substantial website work and additional software costs are scoped separately.

Is advertising spend included?

No. Advertising spend is additional to both the three-month programme and Continuous Growth. We agree the budget before launch and choose activity that the budget can support meaningfully.

Do we need a separate Opportunity Investigation first?

The Opportunity Investigation is included in the three-month programme. You can also start with the standalone £500 + VAT investigation if you want a practical plan before deciding whether to run campaigns. If you have already completed one with us, we will discuss what can be reused and confirm the scope and price before you commit.

Do we automatically move into Continuous Growth?

No. At the final review, we agree the appropriate next step. That may be further focused campaign work, Continuous Growth, a change of approach or stopping. There is no automatic move into an ongoing service.

Will you use every marketing channel?

No. We select activity around your buyers, the opportunity and the available budget. Search is usually the starting point for the three-month programme. Prospecting, remarketing and targeted email are introduced where suitable and within the agreed scope. Continuous Growth can bring in wider content, SEO and website improvements as priorities develop.

Can you guarantee leads within three months?

We aim to generate qualified enquiries and establish which activity deserves further investment. We cannot guarantee a particular number of leads or sales. Results depend on factors including demand, the offer, budget, competition and sales follow-up. For longer sales cycles, we also assess conversations, quotations and opportunities still progressing.

Can we start directly with Continuous Growth?

Yes, where there is enough evidence to agree sensible priorities. We review your existing activity and what is already known before recommending the appropriate starting point. The monthly scope, commitment, reporting and advertising budget are agreed before work begins.

Let’s find your next opportunity

Where would you like your next enquiries to come from?

Tell us what you sell, who you want to reach and what you’ve tried so far. We’ll discuss whether a focused campaign or ongoing marketing is the right next step.
